This unit contains professional experience learning/ laboratory activities that require students to meet mandatory compliance requirements prior to attending. Learning outcomes

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
critically discuss how osteopathic principles are integrated in diagnosis and treatment
demonstrate and reflect upon safe and competent patient handling skills
demonstrate and explain osteopathic diagnosis, ranges of motion and barriers
demonstrate and explain muscle energy technique and soft tissue/myofascial integration techniques.
demonstrate and explain exercise prescription for rehabilitation of the pelvis and lower limb
