Unit description

Explores nursing responses to changes in health status. Builds upon knowledge and skills relevant to a wide range of primary care cases. Through case-based learning students will problem solve and build upon and apply knowledge and skills related to chronic illness and disability. Practice in nursing laboratory session and simulated rehearsal prepares students for professional experience placement.
