Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
demonstrate a critical understanding of women’s health and the female reproductive lifespan
describe the aetiology of functional and organic pathology in women’s health
critically analyse woman-centredness in different models of health care
critically describe integrative approaches to women’s health
analyse integrative approaches to the management of women’s health conditions
recognise acute emergencies in women’s health and appropriate courses of action.
