Unit description

Application of core concepts of project procurement through in structure and problem-based learning experiences. Students develop a critical ability in contract development, negotiation and incentivising: demonstrating a higher-level understanding of the project incentive-performance relationship.

  2. incentive-Performance Relationship;
  3. buyer-Contractor Relationship;
  4. clarity in Legal, Financial, Technical Contract Components;
  5. negotiating Contracts;
  6. trends and futures of procurement.
