Unit description

Students will be undertaking four units of study. The module introduces the global environment within which the travel and tourism industry operates and provides a  contemporary and modern perspective on the hospitality industry. Students will be given an overview of  alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the hospitality industry, and an introduction to industry practice.
