Unit description

This unit aims to develop advanced knowledge and skills for HR practitioners and middle to senior managers in managing all facets of the relationship between employers and employees in the Australian context, including industrial matters, occupational health and safety, equitable treatment and the management of performance. It also aims to give students some appreciation of how employment relationships are managed by Australia's near neighbours.
