On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
critically describes the underpinning assumptions, theory and practices of cognitive behaviour therapy.
apply focused psychological strategies in the treatment of people with high prevalence mental health problems.
critically appraise the theoretical frameworks that underpin mindfulness based interventions
generate a programme of mindfulness based interventions in response to consumer’s needs
