Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
define and explain the key terminology, concepts and frameworks associated with dispute resolution and mediation
communicate effectively to support conflict resolution in individual, group and cross-cultural situations
outline the major dispute resolution processes and evaluate their suitability in a range of contexts
apply the principles of dispute resolution theory, practice and law within ethical and legal frameworks.
