prepare a Contract for the Sale of Land that complies with the relevant legislative requirements
demonstrate an understanding of the statutory and case law governing the selling, purchasing, leasing and mortgaging of interests in land and businesses
draft the special conditions necessary to prepare a contract for the sale of land or of a business so as to suit the varying circumstances of these transactions
communicate effectively on the conveyancing, leasing and mortgaging of land and the sale of businesses, including possible conflicts of interest and the revenue implications of these transactions.
