Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

distinguish between the various types of real property interests and systems of title that exist in New South Wales today

recognise the legislative framework in which the various interests in land exist and the significant implications that arise from the different types of interests in land

identify the documents required to transfer interests in land

communicate effectively, accurate information about land law.
