Unit description

Examines the legal and equitable principles and statutory framework underpinning contract law in Australia with emphasis on practical and commercial applications of the relevant principles. Critical theoretical perspectives will be analysed against a backdrop of current national and international trends relevant to understanding contracts in everyday practice.

demonstrate advanced capacity to apply relevant legal principles to factual scenarios using clear and logical language
