Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

evaluate the current domestic and international arrangements for the regulation of international business

identify and explain the legal and non-legal issues involved with the regulation of international business

identify and evaluate emerging and contemporary policy issues involved with the regulation of international business, and with the growing importance of the corporation and the multinational enterprise in global business law

identify and evaluate the role of the international courts and tribunals in which international business law issues may be resolved.
