Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
demonstrate advanced knowledge of jurisprudential and cultural contexts in which contemporary Australian law operates
demonstrate an understanding of contemporary trends and issues that influence contemporary and future law and practice
critically reflect upon theoretical and ideological assumptions that inform the learning and practice of Anglo-Australian Law
demonstrate advanced knowledge of the relationship between law and social, cultural, political and legal practices and effectively communicate collaborative solutions to pertinent complex problems.
