Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
demonstrate advanced cognitive and creative skills in identifying, adapting and developing solutions to legal problems
undertake a research project that demonstrates a coherent understanding and appropriate application of research principles and methods
apply research methodologies and knowledge to arrive at a new understanding in relation to specific legal issues
present the results of legal research in an appropriate scholarly written form.
