  • Enrolment information

This unit requires attendance at an in-person, two-day residential school at the Gold Coast campus. If you anticipate that you cannot attend in person, please do not enrol in this unit. It is only unexpected or unplanned exceptional circumstances that will warrant consideration for online attendance. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

critically analyse the principles and concepts of legal ethics and apply them to the practice of law

apply critical judgment and research to legal issues and challenges in the area of legal professional conduct

demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to legal audiences
