appraise and apply the relevant legislative requirements to a contract for the sale of land

apply and evaluate the statutory and case law governing the selling, purchasing, leasing and mortgaging of interests in land and businesses

analyse and apply the varying circumstances in which special conditions are necessary for the sale of land or a business

evaluate and communicate on the conveyancing, leasing and mortgaging of land and the sale of businesses, including possible conflicts of interest and the revenue implications of these transactions.
