On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
critically examine laws and policies related to climate change at the international, national, state and local levels.
evaluate the effectiveness of Australian climate regime in the context of the global climate change developments
analyse the concepts of sustainable development, climate justice, mitigation and adaptation
demonstrate knowledge and understanding of international and Australian climate change laws and policies through critical and reflective analysis of course concepts
