Learning outcomes

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

explain the benefits of ethics within the context of commercial law

demonstrate an understanding and evaluate the different issues of commercial law

demonstrate a high level of understanding and application of the legal principles governing the sale of goods; bailments; credit transactions and guarantees; e-commerce; insurance and bankruptcy

demonstrate skills in legal research, critical analysis and the written presentation of research and argument.
