Learning outcomes and graduate attributes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

3 apply accurately and evaluate the legal principles related to discrimination and Equal Opportunity, as enacted in Federal laws in legislation and case law;
4 recognise health and safety risks at work;
5 apply accurately and evaluate the legal principles related to work health and safety and workers compensation, as enacted in NSW laws in legislation and case law.
