Unit description

Introduces students to information communication technology (ICT) systems used in tourism. Provides an understanding of the values and uses of computer-based information systems for business operations, management decision making and strategic success of the organisation. Emphasis is on workplace-based assessment. The unit allows and encourages students to enhance their computer literacy.
