On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
Identify, conceptualise, contextualise, and state a research-worthy hospitality-related problem
Critically review the literature relevant to the problem
Design a research project that addresses the problem and is feasible to undertake
Orally present a research proposal to both academics and industry stakeholders that addresses the research problem
