Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

demonstrate knowledge of the principles and practices of strategic pricing for customer buying behaviour in the hotel industry

demonstrate the ability to analyse revenue management strategies and practices

demonstrate the ability to develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive profit maximisation

demonstrate the ability to reflect upon the challenges of developing and implementing revenue management strategies
