Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
Produce and present proposals outlining hospitality research project plans for critical review
Using various research methodologies, collect and critically analyse relevant information to inform a research topic
Follow the research process to develop an informed and professional report addressing a real-time research problem and provide recommendations that are evidence-based
Communicate and present research findings (orally, written) across various settings (academia, hospitality industry)
