Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

demonstrate knowledge of the issues facing talent and culture management within the contemporary hospitality industry

demonstrate the ability to analyse the issues involved in developing, implementing and monitoring culture in the contemporary hospitality industry

demonstrate the ability to develop, implement and monitor creative campaigns or initiatives that positively address talent and cultural issues within contemporary hospitality contexts

demonstrate the ability to reflect upon the challenges of implementing creative campaigns or initiatives that positively address talent and cultural issues within contemporary hospitality contexts.
