Learning outcomes

demonstrate the ability to analyse the various strategies and tools used to identify, attract and retain the contemporary hospitality customer.

demonstrate the ability to develop strategies to identify, attract and retain the contemporary hotel customer

demonstrate the ability to reflect upon the challenges in developing and implementing strategies to identify, attract and retain the contemporary hotel customer.
