Unit description

Introduces students to the principles and practices of human resources management in the hospitality industry.  Students focus on the nature of work in hospitality and how that shapes the diverse pool of potential employees for the industry and how best to manage the employment life-cycle: recruit, induct, train, support, promote and terminate staff.
