Unit description

Introduces students to the Australian legal system and key areas of law that affect commercial operations in the hospitality sector. Students also focus on management principles and practices in a hospitality management context by introducing ethical behaviour as a foundation for leadership.

Learning outcomes

identify and propose a leadership practice that demonstrates ethical behaviour

analyse the challenges of compliance and ethics through self-reflection.
