Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
demonstrate knowledge of the planning and design process for hospitality facilities
identify and analyse the relationship between the physical dimensions of the built space and the guest experience
demonstrate the capability to conceptualise, plan, design, and present a proposal for a hospitality facility
demonstrate the knowledge and skills to reflect upon the challenges of presenting and maintaining hospitality facilities to meet guest and staff needs.
