Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
Collect, organise and appropriately cite relevant information from academic sources
Analyse and describe the role of organisations in contemporary society
Summarise and critique the evolution of management theory and practice from pre-modern times through to today
Develop, apply and appraise teamwork skills
Identify and evaluate theories, principles and concepts that guide the effective management of modern organisations.
