3 analyse the Provider/Providee experience of healthy communications as a key component in resolving the content and context of secondary trauma
4 describe relationships between secondary traumatisation and human service provision structures, processes and organisations
5 assess the effects of primary, delayed and secondary traumatisation components within the Provider/Providee relationship
6 review and have an increased awareness of one's own secondary traumatisation with a skilled ability to contain and transform these emotional states
7 demonstrate knowledge of definitions of cultural safety and its role in Provider/Providee contexts.
