Unit description

Introduces students to systematic project management, incorporating management principles, working as a team, leadership, and financial and economic aspects of project planning and control. The unit also introduces engineering ethics, focussing on the type of behaviour and professional practice expected of an engineer.

describe professional responsibilities and ethical conduct in a range of different scenarios.

identify, quantify, mitigate and manage risk associated with workplace health and safety issues.
