Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

Evaluate and apply ethical principles of organisational leadership and governance to solve complex problems.

Apply advanced knowledge of the key responsibilities and requirements in a professional, cultural or community organisation through participating as a committee member.

Apply inquiry based approaches to critical self-reflection for independent learning and personal responsibility for management and leadership outcomes.

Demonstrated high level oral, written or other communication skills to colleagues, peers and diverse audiences.
