Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
apply recent theory and practice related to principles and processes of design and production
interpret processes of design and production for developing ideas, documenting and communicating design thinking in project development
read, interpret and produce drawings using contemporary graphics techniques in accordance with Australian Standard AS1100, including the use of CAD or 3D modelling tools
select and use digital tools to develop virtual product design solutions that respond to design needs and opportunities
