3 demonstrate skills in using a variety of ICTs and other methods to design, produce graphic representations and use software applications appropriate to developing designed solutions.
4 demonstrate knowledge of and thinking skills in the responsible selection and safe use of materials, tools and techniques related to current and emerging digital technologies and design and Technologies.
5 explain WHS issues related to teaching and processes undertaken in Technologies Years 7 & 8.
6 produce a collection of practical work samples and reflect on personal learning and ongoing goals in demonstrating knowledge and skills across the contexts of the Australian Curriculum: Technologies, and the NSW Technology Mandatory Years 7 & 8 Syllabus.
7 demonstrate knowledge of designers, the nature of their work, the processes they follow, and the factors that influence their decisions.
