These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
Learning outcome count | Learning outcome description | GA1 | GA2 | GA3 | GA4 | GA5 | GA6 | GA7 |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | describe and demonstrate different types of user interaction, feedback and user accessibility within interactive applications in the context of the User Experience | |||||||
2 | build documentation using design tools such as flowcharts, storyboards and pseudocode for complex user interactions | |||||||
3 | design and develop intuitive, user-friendly user interface and interaction designs in accordance with UX design principles | |||||||
4 | design and develop an interactive application to meet design specifications for different user groups, considering accessibility and featuring a variety of interactivity and feedback | |||||||
5 | analyse and adapt appropriate program development strategies and practices to develop modularised user-centred interactive web applications | |||||||
6 | integrate user-centred design methodologies into the development of a product and explain how this can impact the software development life cycle | |||||||
