Unit description

Develops students' understanding of the principles of IT project management from a project manager perspective in an organisational setting and the skills needed to plan and manage projects with teams. Students will be introduced to the methodologies, tools, techniques and considerations necessary to complete a successful project. Students will also learn the fundamental IT governance principles.
