Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
discuss contemporary issues in ICT professional practice
illustrate ICT principles, standards, processes and codes of professional conduct to provide ICT products and services to colleagues, clients and consumers
analyse the importance of effective communication, collaboration and social skills in productive ICT professional practice
analyse situations involving social, cultural, legal, and ethical factors of ICT and consequences for individuals, organisations, and society.
