    A bachelors degree in a relevant discipline and eligibility for registration as a health professional with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or equivalent. It is strongly recommended that you are presently practicing as a health practitioner with a focus on mental health and that you have completed prior study exploring models of mental health

Unit description

Provides the learner with appropriate frameworks to analyse and evaluate a range of general and specialist mental health services. This analysis is based on an assessment of the planning and intervention processes, outcomes, costs and management of these evaluations. This unit also aims to further develop student skills in identifying, planning, implementing and evaluating educational, consumer advocacy and community development approaches to intervening in mental health issues.
