Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

analyse personal motivations, skills, and the leadership styles best suited for small business management

design a customer-centric business model tailored to meet the needs and preferences of the target market

evaluate strategic elements of a business plan for effective business establishment and scalability.
