Learning outcomes

outline organising principles and strategic planning processes for sport, exercise and fitness organisations

explain approaches for effective leadership of sport, exercise and fitness organisations

describe methods of management control for sport, exercise and fitness organisations

outline ways that managers can promote ethical behaviour in organisations.
