Learning outcomes and graduate attributes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. 1 Demonstrate critical judgment in the application of motivational and professional interviewing skills in practice.

3 Consolidate understanding of the implementation and workplace application of the most widely used cognitive and personality tools
4 Show mastery of the key behavioural and communication skills and production of documents required for successful employment including job interview techniques and appropriate professional demeanour in job seeking and workplace settings and authoring a professional resume.
5 Demonstrate interviewing skills for use in understanding professional roles that may use psychology-related skills.
6 Consolidate understanding of the professional skill of writing successful grant applications.
