  • Enrolment information

    This unit will contain naked (nude) life models for drawing. It is a condition of enrolment in this unit that students understand this and there are no exceptions or adjustments for alternate models. A minimum 80% attendance record for all scheduled classes is required to qualify for a passing grade.

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

4 consult a large body of reference in the history of the representation of the figure in western art and consider critically the continuing meaning of the genre in the context of contemporary culture
5 understand and apply the rules of occupational health and safety appropriate to the discipline practice and ethics associated with life-models.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
