This program will provide an introduction to the legal system with a concentration in Corporate and Commercial Law, including consumer law, competition law, corporate responsibility, corporate governance and global business law.

Entry requirements
A Bachelor degree in any discipline with a minimum Credit average, or equivalent
Or
A Bachelor degree in any discipline, or equivalent, and two years of documented relevant professional experience
Language requirements
English language requirements apply to International applicants and other applicants whose previous study was undertaken in a language other than English. The minimum English language requirements for such applicants for entry to this course are as follows

Course requirements
To be eligible to receive the Master of Business Law, students must complete the equivalent of 8 units (96 credit points), comprising:
- 2 core units (24 credit points); and
- 6 law elective units (72 credit points).
Exit Awards
Students may be eligible to exit with the Graduate Certificate in Business Law after completing the equivalent of 4 units (48 credit points), comprising 1 core unit and 3 electives If admitted without a Bachelor degree in Law or any 4 elective units if admitted with a Bachelor degree in Law.
