Overview

In today’s world of rapid change, innovative thinkers are in high demand. Innovative change agents can apply commercial, social and ethical knowledge as well as critical thinking skills to solve real-world problems.

The Bachelor of Innovation with Honours develops skills in communication, digital engagement, problem solving, taking initiative and teamwork, enabling you to apply research and creativity skills across a range of contexts.

The course includes an embedded industry research project to foster skills in research methodologies that can complement future industry research.

The Bachelor of Innovation with Honours is a pathway from a range of Southern Cross undergraduate degrees for students who wish to build their knowledge in research and creative thinking.

The Bachelor of Innovation with Honours includes one (1) double-weighted industry research project unit.

This course develops the research and creativity skills needed to adapt to change and plan for the future. With a strong foundation in communication and critical thinking, students will build knowledge in innovation, sustainability leadership and problem solving. This course includes an industry research project.

To be eligible to receive the Bachelor of Innovation with Honours, students must be complete the equivalent of 8 units (96 credit points).

Class of Honours

This degree may be awarded in the following classes:

  1. First Class;
  2. Second Class (Division 1);
  3. Second Class (Division 2); or
  4. Third Class.

Entry requirements

English language requirements apply to International applicants and other applicants whose previous study was undertaken in a language other than English. The minimum English language requirements for such applicants for entry to this course are as follows
