Overview
The Bachelor of Contemporary Music with Honours consists of four (4) double-weighted units including Research Methods for Arts and Social Sciences and the Creative Arts Research Thesis. The Creative Arts Research Thesis units can be a performance project, composition project, production project, or a combination of these. In addition to the actual project, there is a written component (or exegesis) which outlines the research basis of the project. Alternatively, students may undertake a completely written musicological Honours project.
Prior to lodging an application, interested applicants must contact the University to discuss their eligibility and to find a suitable honours supervisor for their proposed honours topic. For more information refer to the School of Arts and Social Sciences Honours information
