This program will have a concentration in Corporate and Commercial Law, including commercial litigation,  property and intellectual property law, consumer and competition law, corporate responsibility, global business law, corporate governance and taxation law.

To be eligible for the award of Master of Laws (Business Law) a candidate must successfully complete eight (8) units (96 credit points) comprising:

  1. the core unit; and
  2. any other seven (7) units (84 credit points) listed in the Schedule of units attached to the award.
